• Your name and email address, which you provide to create your account.
• The names and phone numbers of the emergency contacts you add in Settings.
• Your location, only when you send an alert. We do not track your location at any other time.

We use your data only to run the app — to send alert text messages with your live location to the emergency contacts you have chosen. Alert text messages are sent through our messaging provider, Twilio.

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not show advertisements.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your data is stored securely. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time by using the "Delete my account" button in Settings, or by emailing us at the address below and we will delete it for you.

Quiet Ally is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We will update this page if this policy changes.
